Studies of skin type are considered essential in dermatology since each person requires a personalized treatment depending on their skin characteristics. From each patient clinical study, information on the level of hydration, elasticity, thickness and sebum your skin is obtained. The classification includes four basic skin types: dry skin, which has a higher water loss and is most vulnerable to potential risks; oily skin, where the sebum is very high; sensitive skin that reacts to many stimuli that do not cause normal skin reaction; and normal skin, characterized by a perfect balance between water levels and tallow. Therefore, it is recommended that we ask ourselves "what skin type I" to prevent future skin problems and know what kind of creams, shampoos and soaps is best for us to use, as well as preventive measures we must take to care for our skin .
