The thigh lift or crural meloplasty, surgery is responsible for aesthetically enhance this part of the legs, removing excess skin and giving it more firmly. According to the objective pursued, there are several types of intervention: lifting the inner thighs, bilateral thigh lift, or lifting in the middle of the thighs. Lifting the inner thighs addresses the problems of loss of skin elasticity, and is performed from an incision made at the junction of the thigh and pubic area to remove excess skin. The bilateral thigh lift is used to tighten the skin on the front and outer leg area through an incision in the upper leg. And finally, the lifting of the middle thighs reduces excess skin of the upper inner thigh through an incision in the groin area, which extends to the back of the gluteal fold .
