The duration of the treatment is variable among patients, for this reason the professionals that form part of our base analyze each case individually, adapting each psychological treatment according to the orientation that is applied.

Typologies of psychotherapy treatments

The orientation of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy is based on the line model of an important concept of applied psychology, through which the psychological problem is solved with a mixture of conductivist therapies derived from the process of cognitive psychology.

Through this process, the foundations of behavioral psychology are worked through, through which the learning processes in a practical way, as well as through cognitive processes, are located as central concepts of therapy. There is also a type of psychodynamic psychotherapy which stands out for applying the focus of treatment in the current psychological process of the patient, as well as in studying the reason for his actions and thoughts.

This type of therapy is understood as a curative application of the interpretation that the affected person makes of their situation. This type of therapy focuses more on the treatment of the reasons that lead to the current behavioral character, ahead of the basis that the patient's problems may have in the past. This type of orientation of the analysis is psychodynamic psychotherapy, whose methodology leads to the patient's internal retro-inspection. This is derived from the process of psychoanalysis, through which the psychologist focuses on intervening in the interpretation of the psychic conflict by which one goes to the consultation. Psychodynamic psychotherapy is based on the treatment of memories and feelings rooted after a process of high intensity in the past, with which the patient speaks freely with the therapist through the technique of saying what comes first. to the mind through the process of "free association".

The treatment of humanistic psychotherapy is based on a process of psychological level approaches, especially through a direct experience of the patient. The professional works through a process of empathy with the patient, so that he understands the reason for the patient's performance. This type of psychotherapy is based on the analysis of the human rational nature, through those undesirable roles that are assumed by certain people in the face of psychological problems.
